Fresh Spring Water Pool and Sauna – Nacimiento de Agua at Finca Bienestar

Medellin Wellness Center offers access to the Springs of Fresh Water at Finca Bienestar. This pure Drinking Water springs from the mountain and is captured to make hot water baths and an immune system boosting healing cold plunge pool.

All of this healing hydrotherapy takes place along a river a special garden planted to attract and support hummingbirds to butterflies.

Located directly next to the spring water pool and baths is our Maasai Sauna built in an a traditional way and then lined with cedar for a perfect sauna environment.

The combination of the hot sauna and the cold pool is a widely recognized method for lymphatic drainage stimulation and immune system boosting.
